We have, do and will always be proud of the fact that we’re a modernised company with traditional family, corner shop values. As the digital world evolves at a phenomenal pace, the importance of customer service has lowered considerably, replaced with high demand for the lowest prices and the fastest deliveries! Whilst we’re all guilty of this ‘Prime’ method of buying and it’s benefits, the downside is the huge impact it has on long-term business sustainability, with many companies becoming faceless and correspondence slow and minimal due to extremely low margins impacting on staffing and quality control!
